We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives to join our Sales Team. The role involves promoting Locify’s plan offerings to prospective learners, understanding their requirements, and helping them make informed enrollment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and follow up on potential leads
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans
- Clearly communicate product features and benefits in a non-technical manner
- Maintain a professional and consultative approach in all interactions
- Regularly follow up to ensure lead conversion
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-1 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / BDE (target-driven roles)
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (mandatory)
- Should own an Android smartphone
- Kerala-based candidates preferred
Educational Qualification:
Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:
10, +2, B.Com, B.Sc., B.Tech (CS, ME, Civil, ECE), Diploma, Postgraduate, B.Arch, etc.
